DESCRIPTIONS OF HEALING SESSION TYPES
FREE 30-MIN CONSULTATION
During this session, we'll explore different energy methods and see if Soulful Navigation® is a good fit for you. We'll chat about your needs and answer any questions you may have about energy medicine. If you choose to, I can also take a peek at your energy and discuss potential healing paths forward.
INTRODUCTORY SESSION
If you're curious & want to try out energy medicine, this is the appointment for you! We'll chat first about how you're doing & what you're looking for, and explore some different energy medicine methods to determine a good "recipe" for you. We'll also address any questions or concerns that you may have.
Then, we'll get healing! The most common energy methods used during these sessions are Intuition Medicine®, Reconnective Healing®, Reiki, the Energy Codes® & intention healing.
RECONNECTIVE HEALING
+ THE PERSONAL RECONNECTION
Reconnective Healing® is a true return to wholeness and an optimal state of balance.
It doesn’t require diagnosis, analysis, procedures or rituals. We simply interact with the Reconnective Healing® frequencies and bring about healings that are often instantaneous & tend to be lifelong. And the only tools required are your awareness, consciousness and presence.
After studying countless energy medicine modalities, Reconnective Healing® is the answer that I had been searching for. It feels incredible, and it's amazing what will unfold in your life after 1 or 2 sessions.
Reconnective Healing® is neither a therapy nor a treatment, as it does not focus on symptoms; however, there are many instances where it has improved life for those seeking relief from disease.
Reconnective Healing® is a collaboration with Source Energy in a way that lets the raw wisdom of the earth & the universe flow through you without our interpretation as a filter. Most people do not need more than 2 or 3 sessions, and the "healing" is permanent.
The Personal Reconnection is a "life path accelerator" where you reconnect to your master vibration, your evolution and the system of wisdom that exists outside of space and time as well as within the earth itself.
It utilizes the frequencies of Reconnective Healing®, but is focused on reconnecting the gridwork of your body to the ley lines of the earth + the universe's grid in all dimensions of time and space.
The Personal Reconnection is an ongoing process, and it will continue to unfold as you begin to make new choices on your life path and move into your Life Progress. Many who have experienced their Personal Reconnection simply say, “Life is… easier” (myself included!).
The Personal Reconnection is facilitated in two separate sessions on two separate days. Your 2nd session must be completed within approximately 3 days after the 1st session. Receiving your Personal Reconnection is your choice, and is facilitated once in a lifetime.

CANCER CARE
Disease begins as a disturbance in the energy field that manifests in the physical body, through no fault of our own. Cancer Care is focused on healing that energetic disturbance and restoring energetic wholeness. The common energy methods use are the Bengston Energy Healing Method®, intention healing, Intuition Medicine® and Reconnective Healing®.
Energy healing is a complimentary or integrative approach to cancer care, meaning that it can be conducted in conjunction with conventional therapies. ENERGY MEDICINE FOR THE BODY & Mind
Energy medicine can be used for almost anything. Disease starts as a disturbance in our energy field that manifests as a challenge in our physical or mental health, through no fault of our own.
Energy medicine addresses these energy disturbances in your body and aura to restore your energy flow + improve your health. During this session, we will take a close look at the energy systems in the body and your overall energy field. We'll work to bring you back to a state of energetic wholeness to manifest better overall health.
Energy Medicine sessions bring together the most effective energy medicine methods for you in that moment. The most common modalities are Reconnective Healing®, the Bengston Energy Healing Method®, Intuition Medicine®, and the Energy Codes®.
ENERGY MEDICINE FOR ANIMALS
Animals are amazing energy beings and are often very sensitive to energy medicine. Similar to humans, disease in animals starts as a disturbance in their energy that manifests in their body, through no fault of their own. We can address these disturbances at the root, get their energy flowing and manifest optimal health as a result.
In these 30 min sessions, we will use animal communication techniques to check in with your animal to see how they are doing in that moment and generally. Then we will apply energy medicine to address any health issues. All animals are welcome: cats, dogs, horses, pigs, hamsters, snakes, and many more.
The energy medicine methods most commonly used with animals are Reconnective Healing®, Intuition Medicine®, Reiki, and the Bengston Energy Healing Method®.
